I am a Development Officer with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) since 2006, dedicated to empowering individuals and families through financial security and wealth protection. Over the years, I have successfully recruited and mentored more than 150 advisors into the profession and had the privilege of serving over 5,000 clients, helping them safeguard their futures through sound financial planning. Driven by a clear mission, I aim to positively impact at least one lakh lives with trusted financial guidance, career opportunities, and continuous support. My focus extends not only to clients but also to advisors, whom I train and mentor through structured programs and online learning resources to achieve professional growth and success. Before joining LIC, I gained diverse professional experience in reputed organizations. I began my career as a Sales Representative with Vardhman Threads at Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited, Ludhiana, where I worked for about two years. Later, I served as an Assistant in the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation, Dhanbad (2005–2006), which further strengthened my administrative and organizational skills. A graduate of SGGS College, Patna City (2003), I have built my career on dedication, learning, and a deep commitment to helping people achieve financial stability and independence.
